I am a certified coach who helps creative, purpose-driven people reimagine their careers...
and their lives.
I'm not one thing... and neither are you.
I'm a coach, artist, job search strategist, mother and lifelong meaning-maker.
I’ve blended and bent my career and life more times than I can count, following the threads of curiosity, purpose, and becoming.
I started in the career space helping professionals navigate the job market. I was practical, direct, results-focused.
But over time, something deeper called me. My work widened. So did my clients’ needs.
They weren’t just trying to find a job. They were trying to find themselves again.
That’s when I let my background as an artist re-enter the room.
The tools I used for my own healing- creative practice, reflection, meditation-started showing up in sessions.
Not instead of the practical stuff, but alongside it.
Now, I coach whole people, not job titles.
People who are shedding old roles and identities, making space for what’s next, even if they can’t name it yet.
People like you, who are done trying to shove themselves into one small definition of success.
So no, I’m not one thing. I’m not supposed to be.
And neither are you.

"I was super impressed by Megan. In our coaching session she asked the right questions to learn about me, my industry, my strengths & my goals. She introduced me to potential new career paths that align with my strengths and have growth potential for my 10 year plan. All this plus my new resume far exceeded my expectations. I feel confident and empowered for my job search and subsequent interviews!"

"I will definitely work with Megan again. She is a good listener, and her approach was that of allowing me to pinpoint what the issue is. She came up with the missing part of the career transition puzzle I was trying to solve She came up with a three-prong solution and I have no doubt that one or all will yield the much-needed result. So, I believe I will be working with her for the next step. Thanks Megan."
